Use a progressive cardio workout to lose weight

The mistake many make when using cardio to lose weight is to go in and perform the same cardio workout over and over again. That's just not optimal.

A much better approach is to use a cardio workout which has a progression built in, so you are always making progress forward.

This means you will hit your weight and fitness goals much quicker.
