Does cardio burn fat

Years ago everyone knew that cardio burnt fat. That fact has been kind of lost recently. People are making things more confusing than they really need to be. But if you take something confusing and make it seem complicated it leaves it ripe to profit from. So it's no coincidence that people think that to lose fat you have to do all these crazy exercises and routines at the gym, leaving themselves exhausted almost every day.

But let's get back to the basics of burning fat:

Eating less + cardio = fat loss

Simple as that right? Well of course if you're body is essentially eating it's fat stores there will always be some discomfort so we need to minimise that as much as possible. Losing fat strictly through dieting means all the fat loss has to come from dieting. That means less food which usually means a grumpier dieter.

Enter cardio for fat loss:

If we also add in cardio that means we can eat a little more each day which usually helps in adhering to the diet long-term. But what type of cardio is best to burn fat? Well you can go out and walk every day for an hour or two. That's simple and easy, but not very efficient.

We need an efficient cardio workout...

Visual Impact Cardio is a new system which focuses on making your cardio workout as time efficient as possible, squeezing as much fat burning as possible into the time you've got. The clever part however is that it manages this without leaving you exhausted or over-trained. You see if you push yourself too hard you will become what's called "over-trained" which will leave you exhausted and open to catching things like the common cold since you're body is so wiped out it can't defend itself. You want to be able to train often whilst staying under your limits.

If you are interested in really maximising your time when doing fat burning cardio then you need to read Visual Impact Cardio by Rusty Moore. It will take your fat loss to a whole new level!
